Refund and Cancellation Policy

Musclewrsieveae is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel consultation bookings or request a refund for paid services.

1. Consultation Bookings

Cancellation Window

Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows (failure to attend without cancellation notification) forfeit the full payment.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booked consultation to another available date at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests should be made by email or phone to +61 2 8914 7562 or info@musclewrsieveae.world.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (illness, extreme weather, emergency), we will work with you to reschedule without penalty. Please notify us as soon as possible.

2. Multi-Session Packages

Three-Session Support Packages may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are available on a pro-rata basis for sessions not yet completed, minus a 15% administrative fee. Unused sessions expire 12 months after purchase date.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive confirmation email when your refund has been initiated.

4. Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer and major credit cards. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If refunding to credit card, please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.

5. Service Disruption Refunds

If Musclewrsieveae is unable to provide a scheduled consultation due to our operational issues or circumstances within our control, we will offer either a full refund or reschedule at no cost to you.

6. Quality Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with a consultation within 14 days of service delivery, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We may offer a partial refund (up to 50%) or complimentary follow-up session at our discretion.

7. Non-Refundable Items

Downloads of guides or educational materials are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded. Free educational guides on our Site are non-refundable as they are provided at no cost.

8. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a dispute regarding refunds or charges, please contact us in writing with details. We will respond within 5 business days. Further disputes may be escalated to relevant consumer protection agencies in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Policy

Musclewrsieveae reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Modifications apply to future bookings; existing bookings remain subject to the policy in effect at time of purchase.
